For the new building project “Am Lützowbogen” the planning and construction was adapted according to the DGNB Gold Standard. This is based on the three dimensions of sustainability: economic, ecological and social. Sustainable construction involves the use of environmentally friendly materials, the reduction of energy requirements and the conscious choice of regional building materials. The project is supervised from design to completion, inspected and certified upon completion.
